SO today I decided to challenge myself a little and start writing down what I eat everyday in a food journal so I am a little more aware of what I am eating everyday. While I was not perfect today it wasn't bad. I had plenty of veggies, fruit, protein, and fat.
Then this afternoon I discovered a great website that I am gonna try to use and be inspired by.
Have you heard of Tone It Up? It's a really cool website that provides workouts and health tips. I totally hit it up today and am LOVING it. It's a fun web page to surf around on.
Plus these girls went from not so fit to really fit. They are girls who were able to "tone it up" and I want to follow. So I am gonna keep up with this webpage and try some of the workouts and commit!
Commitment is really the key to being an it girl.
